Abstract
A quick-developng solution (Soludent) and a new developer (Kodak GBX) were compared
with a standard x-ray liquid developer. Of the three solutions evaluated, Kodak GBX
solution produced slightly greater useful densities in the radiograph at all temperatures
evaluated. The rapid-developing solution produced acceptable radiographs in 80% less
time, with only slightly higher film fog.
