Unilateral facial palsy following bilateral intraoral coronoidectomies

      Abstract

      The second reported case of unilateral facial palsy following intraoral coronoidectomy is presented. A differential diagnosis of facial palsy is discussed. The etiologic mechanism of facial palsy following intraoral coronoidectomy, however, remains speculative.
